Terms of Service

The service

Vuddex generates media using third-party AI models. Output quality is not guaranteed.

Payments and refunds

Credits and subscriptions are digital goods. Unused credits from a first purchase may be refunded within 7 days on request; credits already consumed by generations are non-refundable. Failed generations are refunded to your credit balance automatically.

Your content

You keep the rights to your prompts and outputs to the extent permitted by the underlying model licenses. Commercial use requires a paid plan.
